The 12kV/24kV 630A insulating cap is an accessory for live bushings. It provides an insulating cover for live bushings and dustproof, moisture-proof sealing for de-energized connectors.

The 630A insulating cap can be installed on 630A bushings, busbars, wall-mounted equipment, etc. When spare outgoing lines are reserved on busbars and cable connectors, they must be sealed with a 630A insulating cap.

Product Construction

Operating Ring: Made of stainless steel for easy installation and operation.

Insulation Layer: A proprietary formula and mixing technology ensure the high quality of the pre-molded EPDM insulation rubber.

Outer Semi-conductive Layer: The pre-molded EPDM conductive rubber complies with IEEE 592 standards.

Internal Thread: Internal thread specification: M16-2.

Grounding Eye: Used to ground the product.
