Scope of Application

The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear assembly (hereinafter referred to as “switchgear”) is a product independently designed and developed by our company to meet the requirements of design institutes and power users. With high technical performance indicators, it adapts to the development needs of the power market and competes with imported products. It is now widely adopted by power users.

The switchgear is suitable for distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, and high-rise buildings. In highly automated environments requiring computer interface (e.g., large power plants, petrochemical systems), it serves as a low-voltage complete distribution device for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in three-phase AC power generation and supply systems with: Frequency: 50(60) Hz Rated working voltage: 380V(400V), 660V Rated current: up to 4000A

Model and Its Meaning

Normal Operating Conditions

1. Ambient air temperature: -5℃ ~ +40℃; daily average temperature ≤ +35℃. Derating is required if exceeded.

2. Altitude: ≤ 2000 m.

3. Relative humidity: ≤ 50% at +40℃; higher humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20℃). The effects of condensation caused by temperature changes should be considered.

4. Installation tilt: ≤ 5°, with the entire row of cabinets kept relatively level (compliant with GBJ232-82).

5. Installation environment: Free from severe vibration, shock, and corrosive agents harmful to electrical components.
