Introduction
1. The MNS system is a modular, multi-functional low-voltage switchgear. It is designed for use in low-voltage systems requiring high reliability, such as distribution and motor control systems in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, industrial, and infrastructure applications.
2. The cabinet structure of the MNS system offers a high degree of flexibility.
Various types and specifications of components can be installed inside the cabinet according to your needs and different application scenarios.
Multiple types of feed units can be installed in the same row or even in the same cabinet, allowing for mixed installation of distribution circuits and motor control circuits.
3. The MNS system is a full-range low-voltage switchgear, capable of meeting all-round requirements for low-voltage systems up to 4000A.
4. The MNS system provides a high level of reliability and safety. Its user-friendly design enhances protection for both personnel and equipment.
5. Featuring an all-assembled structure, its unique profile design, connection methods, and compatibility with various components can meet the requirements of tight construction schedules and continuous power supply.
6. Standards Compliance: IEC 60439, GB 7251.1.

Functional Units
1. Drawer-Type Functional Unit
1.1 The drawer consists of functional components with mechanical mechanisms. These mechanisms ensure the drawer can be placed in connected / test / isolated / withdrawn positions, and can be locked in place with padlocks at different positions. At the same time, man-machine interface components such as display, control and indicator lights are integrated on the front panel.
1.2 The operating handle, through interlocking, accurately positions the drawer in the connected / test / isolated / withdrawn positions. Each position is clearly marked on the front panel for simple and intuitive identification.
1.3 When the circuit breaker is closed, a mechanical interlocking device prevents the drawer from moving, ensuring operational safety.
1.4 During operation, if calibration or inspection of the drawer interior is required, the drawer panel can be opened using the corresponding unlocking tool.
1.5 Each drawer unit is completely independent, with full isolation between units.
6.1.6 Drawer units of the same specification are fully interchangeable.
6.1.7 The outgoing side is directly connected to fixed outgoing adapters, and the secondary circuit uses dedicated secondary connectors (max. 16 pins for 8E/4 units, 32 pins for 8E/2 units and above).
6.1.8 Drawer units of all specifications are equipped with guide rails and rollers to guide insertion/extraction and positioning. The use of rollers effectively reduces the operating force required.
6.1.9 The dedicated three-section guide rails not only make the drawer operation more flexible, but also allow the drawer to be fully pulled out of the cabinet frame for maintenance or repair without removing the unit from the skeleton.
6.1.10 Depending on the drawer unit height and circuit current, push-in mechanisms can be added to single or multiple units.
6.1.11 Drawer units are especially suitable for motor control circuits. They can also be selected for distribution circuits according to various functions and practical needs.
2. Fixed Compartmentalized Functional Unit (Based on Fixed or Plug-in Components)
2.1 This type of functional unit retains the advantages of simple operation in fixed unit structures, while also featuring clear compartmentalization and reliable isolation like drawer-type units. It is suitable for both distribution circuits and motor control circuits.
2.2 Plug-in components can be pulled out for maintenance or replacement without disconnecting the power supply. The use of these components ensures that only the corresponding unit needs to be pulled out during maintenance, without affecting other circuits in the distribution system.
2.3 Interlocking via the operating mechanism and the rotary handle on the panel prevents the door from being opened when the circuit breaker is closed, enhancing equipment safety.
2.4 During equipment operation, if setting or inspection of internal components is required, the corresponding unlocking tool can be used to open the panel.
3. Offline Drawer-Type Functional Unit
3.1 The equipment is installed on a drawer base, which has four positions: operating / test / disconnected / withdrawn, with corresponding status indicators and locking capabilities at each position.
3.2 Position change indicators are provided on the front of the switch when changing positions. The IP20 protection rating is maintained in all positions.
3.3 This design greatly simplifies the maintenance of high-power equipment and can be used for incoming, tie, and distribution circuits.
