Product Overview
The GZDW series DC screen is equipped with nickel-cadmium batteries, float chargers, and an automatic detection and alarm device. It features long service life, no pollution, easy maintenance, stable voltage, ultra-low internal resistance output, high resistance to large current surges, strong adaptability, and high reliability. As an ideal DC operating power supply device, it is widely applicable to substations and distribution stations of 500kV and below, power plants with a single-unit capacity of 200,000 kV and below, as well as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, radio and television, computer rooms, subways, high-rise buildings and other sectors. It serves as DC control power, signal power supply, power-off protection power, and power for the opening/closing operation mechanism of circuit breakers.

3.1 Dual AC inputs controlled by a microcomputer support automatic switching.
3.2 Automatic detection, display and alarm protection for AC input over/undervoltage, overcurrent, phase loss and neutral loss.
3.3 The charging and floating charging devices adopt intelligent high-frequency switching rectifier modules with N+1 redundancy, automatic current sharing, and support live plugging/unplugging.
3.4 The system automatically switches between equalizing charging and floating charging of the storage battery, and can realize intelligent equalizing/floating charging management of the battery according to pre-set programs for normal operation, grid disconnection, power restoration, etc.
3.5 When the microcomputer control device fails or issues incorrect control commands, the charging modules enter an autonomous working state, with the output voltage set to the factory-set safety voltage, ensuring system operation reliability.
3.6 The intelligent four-remote system provides detailed communication protocols for AC input, DC output, battery circuits and expanded environmental monitoring, and is equipped with intelligent interfaces for communication with the integrated substation automation system.
