The HSLQ2 Automatic Transfer Switch (hereinafter referred to as Transfer Switch) is applicable to 50Hz AC dual-power supply systems with rated operational voltage of 380V and rated operational current ranging from 63A to 225A. It realizes switching between normal power supply and standby power supply via automatic or manual operation modes.This transfer switch is widely deployed for critical facilities including hospitals, shopping malls, banks, chemical & metallurgical plants, high-rise buildings and military installations.

Normal Operating Conditions
1.The installation altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters above sea level.
2.Ambient surrounding temperature ranges from -5℃ to +40℃, with the average temperature over any 24-hour period not exceeding +35℃.
3.The relative ambient humidity shall not exceed 50% at +40℃; higher humidity is permitted at lower ambient temperatures, but dew condensation on product surfaces caused by temperature fluctuation shall be taken into consideration.
4.The installation site shall be free of explosive atmospheres, as well as gases and dust that may corrode or damage insulation materials.
5.No obvious shaking, impact or vibration is allowed at the mounting location.
The HSLQ2 Automatic Transfer Switch is mainly composed of executive circuit breakers for power conversion. It features three working positions for user selection: Normal Power (N) Closed, Both Sources Open, and Standby Power (R) Closed.This switch boasts compact size, light weight, stable operation and convenient application.

Warning Notes
1. Never plug/unplug the controller connector under live power; otherwise, electric shock hazard or equipment damage may occur.
2. Only qualified professionals are permitted to operate or modify the unit; unauthorized operation may result in electric shock or product failure.
3. No modification to the product is allowed by end users to prevent equipment breakdown.
4. The connected load capacity shall not exceed the switch’s rated capacity, otherwise the switch may trip or burn out.
5. Never connect neutral wire(N) to phase wire by mistake; the input phase sequence of two circuit breakers must match. When 3-pole breakers are adopted, connect neutral wires of normal supply(NN) and standby supply(RN) to terminal No.1(N) of KG terminal block. Secure reliable earthing connection for operational safety.
6. Do not install the device for outdoor direct use; otherwise service life will be shortened or abnormal malfunction happens.
7. Installation is forbidden in locations with flammable/explosive materials, high humidity, direct sunlight, high ambient temperature, vibration or impact, which may shorten service life or trigger fire/explosion of the product.
8. Avoid installing the unit in environments with conductive dust or invasive metal filaments to prevent equipment damage and mechanical faults.
9. Comply fully with all specifications listed in the product catalogue to avoid shortened service life.
