Function Description

The XTKB-100 series switch status indicator is a new type of multi-functional, simulated dynamic automatic device developed by our company for power switchgear switches. It integrates multiple functions including primary circuit mimic diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, earthing switch position, spring charged energy status, high-voltage live display, high-voltage electrical lock, and temperature control. The indication functions can be either combined or separated. It adopts a panel-mounted design, and users only need to provide the primary circuit diagram when selecting the product. The integrated layout of this product is designed for supporting switchgear, greatly simplifying the structural design of the switchgear and optimizing the panel layout.

Main Functions

This product provides temperature and humidity display and control functions. It can also cooperate with relevant operation control circuits and various anti-misoperation electromagnetic locks to realize forced locking of the switchgear operating handle and protective door, preventing misoperation. It has "five-prevention" functions: preventing live switching on/off, preventing closing the earthing switch when live, preventing entering live compartments, etc., improving the safety and anti-misoperation performance of electrical switchgear. When matched with high-voltage live sensors of corresponding voltage levels, the device can be used for live indication of various indoor high-voltage equipment. The green "Lock/Unlock Indicator Light" for the electrical locking status of high-voltage equipment lights up, allowing operation.

Function Introduction

1. Simulation Indication Description:

Circuit Breaker Status Indication (Passive Contact Input): When the circuit breaker is closed, the closing contact is closed, and the red vertical mimic bar lights up. When open, the opening contact is closed, and the green horizontal mimic bar lights up.

Trolley Position Indication (Passive Contact Input): When the working position contact is closed, the red vertical mimic bar lights up. When the test position contact is closed, the green horizontal mimic bar lights up.

Spring Charged Energy Indication (Passive Contact Input): When the contact is closed, the red LED lights up, indicating energy is charged. When open, the green LED lights up, indicating energy is not charged.

Earthing Switch Position Indication (Passive Contact Input): When the contact is closed, the red vertical mimic bar lights up, indicating the earthing switch is closed. When open, the green horizontal mimic bar lights up, indicating the earthing switch is open.

Note: All luminous indicators are off when power is lost. The above contact signals come from the circuit breaker auxiliary contacts.

2. High-Voltage Live Indication Section

LED Activation Voltage (kV): Busbar voltage × 0.15 ~ 0.65

Locking Activation Voltage (kV): Busbar voltage × 0.65

When all three phases are de-energized, the locking contact closes, activating the electromagnetic lock.

3. Temperature and Humidity Control Section

Sensor Channels: XTKB-100A/XTKB-100B can be optionally configured with one path of condensation + one path of temperature, or two paths of condensation + two paths of temperature.

Logic Control:

When the relative humidity exceeds 88% RH (condensation conditions are met), heating is activated.

When condensation conditions are no longer met, the device automatically stops heating.

Temperature control accuracy: ±5% RH.

When the ambient temperature is below 6°C, the system starts heating. When the temperature exceeds 16°C, heating stops automatically. Temperature control accuracy: ±2°C.

Broken Wire Alarm: When the heater wire is broken, the corresponding alarm indicator lights up, and the alarm output contact closes.

Forced Heating: When the forced heating switch is in the manual position, heating output is unconditional. In the automatic position, the device operates according to the above control logic.
