Scope of Application

The XL-21 type low-voltage enclosed power cabinet is suitable for three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems with an AC voltage of 500V and below in power plants and industrial/mining enterprises, for power and lighting distribution.

This cabinet features flexible distribution schemes, convenient combination, strong practicability, and novel structure.

Structure

The XL-21 type low-voltage power distribution cabinet is an indoor enclosed distribution cabinet. Its frame is made of section steel, with detachable door panels and side/back covers, resulting in a light and compact structure. The knife-fuse switch operating handle is located on the right front and can be operated outside the cabinet.

It has a single left-opening door, which is equipped with measuring instruments (voltmeter, ammeter), indicating devices (indicator lights), and operating devices (pushbuttons, universal changeover switches). When the door is open, all electrical components inside are exposed for easy maintenance and inspection.

The top of the cabinet has a removable cover plate. Electrical components inside are mounted on rails and mounting plates, allowing flexible combination for convenient installation. The compact structure offers high versatility and facilitates standardization of installation components.

The XL-21 cabinet uses cable entry/exit. For special requirements, overhead incoming lines can be installed through openings in the top cover.

The XL-21M cabinet shares the same primary circuit schemes as the XL-21P cabinet, with the addition of horizontal busbars and insulating frames at the top to facilitate combined installation of multiple cabinets.
