Overview

The YB□ series prefabricated substation is a product independently designed and developed by our company to meet the needs of urban power grid construction. This series consists of complete distribution equipment that integrates medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment into a single unit according to a specific wiring scheme.

Designed for three-phase AC systems with a rated voltage of 12 kV and a rated frequency of 50 Hz, these substations are suitable for use in residential communities, commercial buildings, hotels, large construction sites, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, and temporary construction sites with capacities up to 2500 kVA. They are applicable for both ring main distribution and radial terminal distribution systems.

This series offers advantages including compact structure, high level of integration, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and aesthetic appearance. It also features small footprint, flexible configuration options, minimal on-site installation work, short commissioning cycles, and the ability to be relocated with the load center.

Service Conditions

1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum +40℃, minimum -25℃.

2. Altitude: ≤1000 m; up to 3000 m when using specially ordered transformers and low-voltage components.

3. Vertical inclination: ≤5°; location free from severe vibration and impact.

4. Air humidity: ≤90% (at +25℃).

5. Atmosphere: Free from conductive dust, explosive hazards, and corrosive gases that can damage metals and electrical components.

6. Outdoor wind speed: ≤35 m/s.

Product Model and Its Meaning

Product Design Features

1. The enclosure is designed based on advanced foreign technology and adapted to practical conditions. It features a robust structure, excellent heat insulation and ventilation, dust-proof, anti-vermin, and moisture-proof performance, an aesthetic appearance, and easy maintenance. Multiple enclosure materials are available, including aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate, and non-metallic materials (glass fiber cement).

2. The high-voltage side typically uses a load break switch, but a vacuum circuit breaker can also be used, complete with anti-misoperation functions. Optional equipment includes XGN20-12L SF6 ring main units, HXGN15A, and HXGN17 ring main switchgear. The transformer can be oil-immersed, fully sealed, or dry-type. Low-voltage equipment can use the HNGGD1 (2, 3) series.

3. The substation has comprehensive protection and is easy to operate. Both high and low voltage metering options are available, and automatic reactive power compensation devices can be provided according to user requirements.

4. The enclosure roof has a double-layer structure filled with foam plastic for excellent thermal insulation. The high-voltage and low-voltage compartments have independent internal ceilings. The transformer compartment is equipped with anti-condensation devices and automatic temperature monitoring, heating, and cooling systems.

5. The enclosure uses natural ventilation, and forced ventilation equipment can also be installed. Dust-proof devices are installed on the outer side of the door panels and side plates, corresponding to the louver positions.
