YBM, YBP Series Prefabricated Substation

Main Applications

The YBM and YBP series prefabricated substations are compact, complete distribution units that integrate high-voltage equipment, transformers, and low-voltage equipment. They are used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural construction, luxury villas, plazas and parks, residential communities, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oilfields, and temporary construction sites. In distribution systems, they serve to receive and distribute electrical energy.

These substations feature high integration, compact size, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional brick-built substations, the footprint of these units is only 1/10 to 1/5 of that of traditional substations with the same capacity, significantly reducing design work, construction time, and investment costs. In distribution systems, they can be used in ring main systems, dual-power systems, or radial terminal distribution systems, making them ideal complete equipment for the construction and renovation of urban and rural substations.

This product complies with the standard GB/T 17467 《High-voltage/Low-voltage Prefabricated Substations》 and SD320 《Technical Conditions for Box-Type Substations》.

2. Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~ +40℃; average temperature over 24 hours not exceeding +35℃

3. Wind speed: ≤ 35 m/s

4. Relative humidity: ≤ 90% (at +25℃)

5. Seismic acceleration: Horizontal acceleration ≤ 0.4 m/s²; vertical acceleration ≤ 0.2 m/s²

6. Installation environment: Free from conductive dust, corrosive substances harmful to metals and insulators, and flammable/explosive hazardous materials

7. Installation tilt: ≤ 3°, no severe vibration
