Scope of Application

The KYN28-12 (GZS1) Type Armored Withdrawable AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "the switchgear") is designed for use in three-phase AC 50Hz power systems. It is intended for receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits. This newly introduced and developed switchgear, featuring high current and high breaking capacity, can also be used independently at the outlet of high-voltage generators.

This product complies with the following standards: GB 3906 《3~35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear》 GB/T 11022 《Common Specifications for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards》 IEC 60298 《AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages Above 1 kV and Up to 52 kV》

Normal Service Conditions

1.Ambient air temperature: Maximum +40℃, Minimum -15℃.

2.Humidity conditions:

Daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%, with daily average water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2 kPa;

Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%, with monthly average water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8 kPa.

3.Altitude: 4000 m and below.

4.Seismic intensity: Not exceeding Grade 8.

5.Atmosphere: The ambient air shall be free from significant pollution such as corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.

6.Vibration: No locations with frequent severe vibration.

7.For use under conditions exceeding the normal conditions specified in GB 3906, the user shall consult with the manufacturer.

Structural Features

3.The enclosure is made of imported aluminized zinc-coated thin steel plates, processed by an FMS flexible manufacturing system. It adopts advanced multi-fold edge technology and is connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, featuring high precision, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, and strong versatility.

4.It can be equipped with the ZN63A-12 (VS1) series vacuum circuit breakers manufactured by our company or imported VD4 series vacuum circuit breakers, offering wide applicability, high reliability, and maintenance-free operation.

5.The handcart has working and test positions, each with positioning and indicating devices for safe and reliable operation.

6.Handcarts of the same rating are fully interchangeable.

7.The handcart is transported by a dedicated trolley, making operation light and flexible.

8.The cable compartment can accommodate up to 9 single-core cables.

9.Reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices fully meet the "five-prevention" requirements.

10.Pressure relief channels are provided in all high-voltage compartments to ensure personnel safety.

11.An observation window is installed on the front door for monitoring the operating status of internal components.
