Scope of Application

The KYN61-40.5 Type Armored Withdrawable AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "the switchgear") features the ZN85-40.5 Type Fully Insulated Vacuum Circuit Breaker and spring operating mechanism installed inside the cabinet. The enclosure is assembled from sprayed steel plates, which improves the mating precision between the handcart and the cabinet. The handcart can be pushed in and pulled out smoothly with high interchangeability. The switchgear boasts an aesthetic appearance, comprehensive configuration options, and safe and reliable operation.

This product is designed for use in 35kV three-phase AC 50Hz power systems in the distribution rooms of power plants, substations, and industrial/mining enterprises, for receiving and distributing electrical energy. It integrates control, protection, and monitoring functions.

This product complies with the following standards:GB 3906 《3~35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear》, GB/T 11022 《Common Specifications for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards》, DL/T 404 《Ordering Technical Conditions for AC High-Voltage Switchgear》,IEC 60298 《AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages Above 1 kV and Up to 52 kV》.

Normal Service Conditions

3.1 Ambient air temperature: -15℃ ~ +40℃;

3.2 Altitude: 2000 m and below;

3.3 Humidity conditions:

Daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%, with daily average water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2 kPa;

Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%, with monthly average water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8 kPa.

3.4 Seismic intensity: Not exceeding Grade 8;

3.5 Locations free from significant pollution such as corrosive or flammable gases.
