Overview

HD11F series anti-misoperation isolators are designed for low-voltage complete distribution equipment with rated insulation voltage of 660V, rated operational voltage of 380V, rated frequency of 50Hz and rated operational current up to 1500A. They are used for circuit switching or power isolation under no-load conditions (energized with voltage but no load current). Featuring simple construction and convenient operation, this product complies with IEC 60947-3 and GB 14048.3 standards.

Structural Features

1. For this series isolators: 200A & 400A adopt single-blade contact structure; 600A~1500A adopt double-blade structure. Leaf springs are fitted on both sides of each blade to generate required contact pressure. All contacts and blades are tin-plated for enhanced surface protection and reduced contact resistance.

2. Fitted with central insulated cover operating handle to prevent operators from touching live components during operation.

3. Equipped with locking latch mechanism: the latch keeps the isolator securely closed against tripping even under short-time surge current; unlocking is mandatory before any opening operation to avoid unintended switching.

4. LX19B limit switch is mounted on the isolator base plate, whose contact status is controlled by the open/closed position of the insulating cover. Mechanically, the NC contact of the limit switch opens prior to main contact separation and closes after main contact reclosure. When the limit switch contacts are wired to the coil circuit of contactors or MCCBs, interlock control for isolator make-and-break can be realized.
