Function Description

This device features a dynamic mimic diagram display, cabinet temperature and humidity control, high-brightness digital display for temperature and humidity values, high-voltage live indication and interlocking, voice anti-misoperation prompts, circuit breaker on/off status indication, spring charged energy status indication, remote/local operation, open/close control, lighting control, and an RS-485 communication interface. It can directly replace traditional primary circuit mimic diagrams and standalone temperature/humidity controllers, effectively improving the overall quality of the switchgear. With an integrated design tailored for switchgear, it greatly simplifies the structural design and optimizes the panel layout.

Function Introduction

1. Mimic Indication Description

Circuit Breaker Status Indication (Passive Contact Input):

When the breaker is closed, the closing contact is closed, and the red vertical mimic bar lights up. When open, the opening contact is closed, and the green horizontal mimic bar lights up.

Trolley Position Indication (Passive Contact Input):

When the working position contact is closed, the red vertical mimic bar lights up. When the test position contact is closed, the green horizontal mimic bar lights up.

Spring Charging Indication (Passive Contact Input):

When the contact is closed, the red LED lights up, indicating charged energy. When open, the LED is off, indicating uncharged energy.

Earthing Switch Position Indication (Passive Contact Input):

When the contact is closed, the red vertical mimic bar lights up, indicating the earthing switch is closed. When open, the green vertical mimic bar lights up, indicating the earthing switch is open.

Note: All light indicators are off when power is lost. The above contact signals are all derived from the circuit breaker auxiliary contacts.

2. High-Voltage Live Indication Section

LED Operating Voltage (kV): Busbar voltage × 0.15~0.65

Interlock Operating Voltage (kV): Busbar voltage × 0.65

When all three phases are de-energized, the interlock is released, and the electromagnetic lock is activated.

3. Temperature and Humidity Control Section

Sensor Channels: 2 condensation channels, 2 temperature channels. The current temperature and humidity values inside the cabinet can be displayed via the interactive interface in the upper-left corner. Users can also set upper and lower limits for temperature and humidity to realize intelligent control.

Humidity Control Range (Manually Adjustable):

When ambient humidity ≥ upper limit, the heater or dehumidifying fan is activated. The device automatically stops the heater and fan when ambient humidity < upper limit. Humidity control accuracy: ±5% RH.

Temperature Control Range (Manually Adjustable):

When ambient temperature ≥ upper limit (40°C), the cooling fan is activated. The device automatically stops the fan when ambient temperature ≤ 35°C. When ambient temperature ≤ lower limit, the heater is activated. The device automatically stops the heater when ambient temperature > lower limit. Temperature control accuracy: ±2°C.

Broken Wire Alarm:

If the heater wire is broken, the corresponding alarm indicator lights up, and the alarm output contact closes.

Forced Heating:

Short press the ▼ key to start heating. Short press the ▲ key again to stop heating.

4. Voice Anti-Misoperation Function

When the circuit breaker is closed and the trolley is mistakenly pushed from test position to working position: Voice prompt: "Please open the circuit breaker."

When the earthing switch is closed and the trolley is mistakenly pushed from test position to working position: Voice prompt: "Please open the earthing switch."

When the circuit breaker is closed and the earthing switch is closed, and the trolley is mistakenly pushed from test position to working position: Voice prompt: "Please open the circuit breaker, please open the earthing switch."

5. Operating Functions:

Breaker opening operation, spring charging operation, remote/local operation, cabinet lighting operation.
