These wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant core parts are supplied for ring main unit circuit breakers, clamping structures of dry-type transformers and relay locking mechanisms.

Conventional disc springs and bearing gaskets matched with cabinets commonly suffer from fatigue cracking and insufficient bearing capacity. All Hongsu disc springs are heat-treated with 60Si2MnA alloy spring steel. Stacked single pieces can meet different preload requirements, featuring high temperature resistance and resistance to cyclic impact. The matching bearing discs are precision stamped from high-carbon bearing steel with flatness tolerance ≤0.02 mm, reducing abrasion caused by equipment switching and vibration.

The accessories are widely compatible with all our product lines: operating mechanisms of solid insulated switchgear, clamping assemblies for vacuum circuit breakers, coil compression structures of dry-type transformers, locking and buffering devices for outdoor cabinet doors, and busbar fixing units of low-voltage switch cabinets. All accessories pass 100,000 fatigue cycle tests without deformation or cracking. They can be delivered together with complete ring main units, gas insulated switchgear, cable branch boxes and transformers.
